Submetering and billing

Submetering and billing is an integrated functionality within Sensor-Online that enables accurate collection and management of consumption data from electricity meters, water meters, heat meters and other measurement points. This data is used to calculate individual consumption and create transparent charging bases for tenants or members of properties. The IMD solution combines meter data with the platform's IoT capabilities for real-time monitoring, history and automated reports. Integrations are available with about 30 property systems and managers, including Vitec rent, HSB, Riksbyggen.
